The 5 Ways to Wellbeing programme, devised by Nic Marks of Happiness Works, consists of five “steps” or “ways” which people can take to improve their health and wellbeing. The five ways are: Connect (with others), Be Active (engage in some type of physical activity), Take Notice (be aware of the environment we live in), Keep Learning (try learning new things) and Give (volunteer, smile or do a random act of kindness).
