‘We’re a nano, nota micro-brewery’
The Legenderry Brewing Company Limited. has applied for permission to establish its proposed “nano-brewery” in Building 70 in Ebrington.
The company says the nano-brewery will have a 200 litre batch size compared with an average micro-brewery size of 1,000 litres.
Due to the smaller scale, it says, noise and odour will not have a detrimental impact at the former military barracks.
