Why not start 2013 by making a difference?

New Year is the perfect time for new resolutions, fundraising, volunteering, helping others… but how many of us make the same resolutions every year & get to December realizing we still haven’t achieved them - So Marie Curie Moyle have decided to give everyone the chance to achieve their resolutions on the very 1st day of the year!

At 11am 1/1/2013 some very generous (slightly crazy) people have agreed to run into the Sea at Cushendun Beach, whilst raising funds for Marie Curie in the process through donations or sponsorship. The aim for this challenge is to get as many people running in as possible (30 signed up so far), to celebrate your health and remember loved ones lost to cancer not only in 2012 but also throughout the years, taking the opportunity to do something many cancer patients would give anything to be taking part in.

Please help to make this event a success by taking part, coming along to support or making a donation via www.justgiving.com/nydswim or Text 70070 to NYDS 48. If you would like to take part please let Briege know on 07515833001 or [email protected]. The challenge will kick off from Cushendun Hurling pitch at 11am, there will be changing facilities, hot drinks & plenty of craic!

PLEASE MAKE THIS A NEW YEARS DAY TO REMEMBER!
