WI Federation chairman presents Inver Area prizes

A WIDE variety of talents were on display at the Inver Area WI annual competitions, held in First Larne Presbyterian Church hall.

Anne Chin, area chairman, welcomed all and gave an especially warm welcome to Ethel Patterson, federation chairman. She asked Isobel Marcus, competition secretary, to read out the names of the prizewinners. Ethel Patterson presented the trophies.

Joan Arnold, Inver area executive member, read out the names of those members who had gained their ribbons by sending in craft items to be judged at federation level.
