Window smashed indisturbance

And a man who was caught up in the disturbance was fined 150 for disorderly behaviour on January 2 at Church Place.

He was 20-year-old Paul Robert Benson, of Glenavon Crescent, Lurgan.

The court heard when police went to Church Place they arrested the defendant.

A barrister for Benson said that his record was based mainly in his youth and he had stayed out of trouble for the last three years.

She said it was a one-off incident involving high jinks and he was the only one arrested. He did not directly break the window but was involved in what contributed to what happened.
