Winter Woolly Walk in park

The walk is being organised by DUP Councillor Carla Lockhart in aid of the Make a Wish Foundation.

There will be an opportunity to meet Santa and donations for the charity will be taken on the day.

The walk starts at 2pm and participants are asked to meet at the cricket pavilion.

Families are encouraged to take part - just wrap up warm.

All are welcome to take part in this fundraising effort for a worthy cause.

Carla said, “I would encourage everyone to come out and support this very worthy cause. It is for Make A Wish Foundation who exist to grant magical wishes to enrich the lives of children and young people fighting life-threatening conditions. We all know the effects a wish can have on a seriously ill child and at this Christmas time I would encourage people to come along and support.“
