Witnesses to fatal collision asked to come forward by police

Police would like to speak with the occupants of a white Volkswagen Golf who may have witnessed a fatal road accident along with a nurse who assisted at the scene.

The white WV Golf was travelling on Main Street, Moira in the direction of Lurgan on Saturday, September 6 at around 2.30pm.

According to police, the occupants of this vehicle may have witnessed a collision between a pedestrian and a White BMW car.

The pedestrian, a Portadown woman, sadly passed away a few days later.

There were two nurses who assisted at the scene, one of whom has come forward to police. Police would also appeal for the second nurse to come forward.
