Woman charged with behaving disorderly in Church Square

Kirsty Munro, Highfield Gardens, Banbridge, appeared last Thursday at the local magistrates’ court.

The charge against her alleges that on June 22 she used disorderly behaviour at Church Square in Banbridge.

A police officer said she was aware of the facts and circumstances of the case and believed she could connect the accused with the charge.

A solicitor representing Munro asked for a two week adjournment so that he could make representations on her behalf.

District Judge, Mr Paul Copeland, released the defendant on her own bail of £250 and adjourned the case until November 24.
