Woman in court on attempted GBH
A 49-year-old woman has appeared at Londonderry Magistrate's Court charged with attempted grievous bodily harm with intent against her partner.
Jacqueline Carol Taylor, of Old School Field in Drumahoe, was charged with the offence that was said to have occurred on October 27.
A defence solicitor told the court that the case hinged around threats and that there had been no actual injury to the complainant.

Hide AdHe said that if certain conditions were applied Taylor could be released on bail.
Police did not object to bail.
Taylor was released on bail on condition that she only enter the Waterside area of the city to go to her work, that she have no contact with the injured party, and that she observe a curfew.
She will appear again on December 9.
