Woman stole cash in breach of trust' case
In a breach of trust case a 35-year-old Derrytrasna woman has admitted stealing £2,730 in cash.
Jenny McCaffrey, Derrytrasna Park, Derrytrasna, pleaded guilty to the theft from a female on July 1 last year when she appeared last Friday at Craigavon Magistrates Court.
District Judge, Mr Mervyn Bates, said that because it was a breach of trust case he would need a pre-sentence report.
Sentencing was adjourned until May 6 so that a pre-sentence report could be obtained.
The judge said the serious aspect of the case was the breach of trust.
