Woman to face theft charges

A warrant was issued for the arrest of a 34-year-old woman last Thursday at Banbridge Magistrates Court.

Lisa Reynolds, Brookfield Meadows, Banbridge, failed to appear in court for two charges.

The first alleges that on November 12 last year she stole make up to the value of £37 belonging to Tesco.

She is also charged with entering as a trespasser on March 30 this year a house at Brookfield Meadows.

And stealing a laptop and Blackberry mobile phone from the premises.

Her solicitor told the court she had not appeared.

After a court official had formally called for the defendant District Judge, Mr Paul Copeland, issued an arrest warrant to have her brought to court.
