Women’s Day of Prayer in Dunmurry
Local men and women will gather to celebrate Women’s World Day of Prayer next Friday (6 March) at 7.30pm.
That day, an estimated three million people will gather in over 170 countries to observe a day of prayer using an order of service written by Christian women from the Bahamas.
The Christ Church, Derriaghy gathering will be one of over 5,000 taking place throughout the British Isles.
The theme is taken from John 13 v 1 when Jesus asks “Do you know what I have done for you?,” challenging us to demonstrate the same radical, unconditional love for others.
