Women's Forum 'valuable resource' - Ross

Mr Ross said: “ For many women within Carrick, the Women’s Forum is a valuable resource, offering courses in promoting confidence and well being and reducing isolation and loneliness.

“In today’s economic climate, where we are seeing job losses throughout the whole of Northern Ireland, services such as those provided by the Forum are considered invaluable by those who use them.

“Big Lottery Fund should also be congratulated for recognising the importance of this project and their willingness to provide the funding necessary. I would like to pass on my most sincere congratulations to the Carrick Women’ s Forum, and wish them all the best with their project.”
