Women’s World Day of Prayer

THE Coleraine Area Women’s World Day of Prayer Service will be held in Coleraine Methodist Church at Queen Street on Friday, March 2 from 8pm.

Earlier in the day, a service will be held in Rothesay Court, Abbey Street, at 2.30pm.

The speaker at both services will be Mrs Shirley Alexander. Shirley is the wife of Rev Greg Alexander who is the local minister in Coleraine and Ballymoney.

This year’s service has been written by the women of Malaysia and the theme is ‘Let Justice Prevail’.

The local services are interdenominational for women who will meet all over the world on the same day.
