Work begins on new play park
Work is underway to construct a new children’s playground in Laurencetown.
Councillor Brendan Curran has welcomed the commencement of work on the play park.
“It is heartening to see work commence on what will be a valued contribution to village life in Laurenectown. Work has now started on the long awaited new children’s play park, a facility that the community and my party have been lobbying for over many years.
“I look forward to the project being completed and opened for the use of the community.”
