This is the latest in a series of recent investments made by the Trust to improve facilities and services at South Tyrone Hospital.

A new state of the art decontamination facility at South Tyrone Hospital costing just under £500,000 opened in spring 2012 to support additional permanent endoscopy sessions and to help improve waiting times for patients.

The admission ward also underwent considerable refurbishment costing £63,000 as part of an investment to ensure an excellent patient experience in pleasant and comfortable surroundings.
