“To attain WorldHost the companies must invest in their services and premises to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and to meet ever-changing customer needs.

“I hope that being recognised as a WorldHost Business will attract new customers to these businesses; and that existing customers will return on a regular basis.

“The tourism industry is very important to Lisburn City Council; and it is delighted to be able to publicly acknowledge the high achievements of all tourist facilities.”

WorldHost is a customer service training programme that was developed for the Northern Ireland market by NITB and the tourism and hospitality sector skills council People 1st.

The programme offers delegates a comprehensive training toolkit that can be used across a wide variety of industries where the quality of front-line customer service is key to business success.
