Yoga classes to start in Ballycastle
Coastal Fitness has teamed up with Solespeak Yoga to provide beach yoga at the Pans Rocks, Ballycastle.
The location - one of the most popular areas of the seaside resort - is ideal for Yoga with the beautiful scenery and peaceful setting.
Classes begin on 14th August, 7.30pm and will cost £4 per session. It is an ideal opportunity to get fit.
There will be additional classes introduced to include morning and weekend yoga sessions.
