Youth awards programme applications sought
The search is on for the island’s top youth volunteers with the launch of the ninth Pramerica Spirit of Community Awards programme.
The organisers are calling on students to follow in the footsteps of Jamie Davies from Carrickfergus, who was a finalist in 2014.
The Pramerica Spirit of Community Awards are open to all post primary students who volunteer in their community, at school or abroad.
To apply for a 2015 award, students must download the application at www.pramerica.ie/spirit and then submit it completed to their principal by October 24 2014.
