Youth clubs fun day on this weekend at Aghagallon

The Craigavon Rural & Loughshore Youth Forum (CRLYF) as part of their social action project is hosting the Rural Youth Clubs Together Fun Day on Sunday (March 29) at 7 Derrys Youth Club, Aghagallon Community Centre from 1pm–5pm.

The aim of the event is to bring rural young people together through fun and interactive activities that develop links and friendships among young people for further CRLYF initiatives.

This youth fun day is targeted at registered rural youth clubs within the Craigavon Rural and Loughshore Area. To ensure a quality programme of activities each youth club is invited to bring up to 16 young people from P4 upwards. All rural youth clubs, leaders must take full responsibility for the supervision and safety of their youth group during all aspects of the fun day. This will include completion of your own youth club consent forms.

Activities will include: Football & Penalty Tournaments, SELB Outdoor Climbing Wall, Handball, Volleyball, Inclusive Games, Boxercise, Face Painting, Tug of War, Photographic Fun Booth, Easter Egg Hunt, infallibles including an Assault Course, Big Slide, Bungee Total Wipe Out, PA Continuous Music and Spot Prizes. There is something for everyone to participate in and enjoy throughout all of the rural youth fun day.

Donaghcloney Rural Needs (DRN) Youth Club will provide a tuck shop.
