Youth Development Strategy progress
The potential establishment of a borough-wide strategy for youth development is to be investigated by officers of Mid & East Antrrim Council.
Director of Organisation Development & Community Planning, Karen Hargan, told a Council committee last week that she would look into progressing the idea of a strategic approach proposed by Cr Stephen Nicholl. Meantime, she said Ballymena Youth Council and plans for a Young Ambassadors Programme should proceed.
