Yummy mummies seek help to raise money for cancer charity

MUMS across Lisburn are calling on people a to support their bid to raise money for CLIC Sargent, the cancer charity for children and young people.

The mums, along with grannies, aunts and friends are hosting a coffee morning as part of Yummy Mummy Week, which runs to this Sunday March 18 (Mother’s Day). Women are being invited to attend the coffee morning at Wallace Preparatory School in Clonevin Park from 9am to 10.30am on Friday March 16.

Corinne Latham, Head of Prep department said: “Being a mum is so hectic that you sometimes forget how fun it can be but Yummy Mummy Week gives you the chance to really enjoy some time with your children, family and friends, all while doing something yummy for a great cause!
