Seeley, nicknamed the ‘Wee Wizard’, is in second place in the series and has two races remaining to overturn a 17-point deficit.

“I said after Cadwell Park that the only goal was to win the remaining three races and hope that things played into our hands,” said the Carrick rider. “We have completed part one of that goal and all I can do is keep applying the pressure and see what happens.

“The Tyco BMW worked really well at Oulton, which is the team’s third win here this year on the S1000RR. Silverstone should suit us and it then comes down to the final day. I’m ready for it. I’ve been here a few times before so I know what to expect.”
