Having entered the competition on the Ulster Rugby website, Jack’s school was paid a special visit from Tommy Bowe, Wiehahn Herbst and Nick Williams.

Dale Farm, official dairy supplier to Ulster Rugby, provided Jack with £100 worth of Dale Farm dairy products and a signed Ulster Rugby ball.

The Ulster players answered questions about their diet, training and fitness schedule, as well as demonstrating some of their expert passing and tackling tips.
