Jimmy Kelly (7) took the third prize with 17 and 21 for 38 points. Jimmy won the twos kitty with the only two.

Last Saturday Ronnie Engall and his playing partner Colin McConaghie travelled the short distance to Royal Portrush to play Dick Agnew and Brian Simpson from the host club in the second round of the Irish Mail Fourball 2010 match play Knock Out competition.

Finding themselves three down after nine and still three down with four to play they dug deep with Ronnie squaring the match on the 18th hole.

Colin with a shot at the first tie hole won the tie with a solid par.

Both players were full of praise for the Portrush players for their generous treatment and sporting manner displayed in defeat.
