The Roughfort side moved within two points of the leaders with an 11-0 win over Enniskillen.

Ballyclare, unbeaten to date in all competitions, have two games in hand over Academy, but a first loss would make things interesting in the league - and Omagh, who defeated Lisburn on the weekend, would also be grateful.

Accies captain Andrew Ferguson said he was happy with another away victory.

“We had a comfortable win, but if we have to be critical, we could and should have scored more tries.

“We are in good shape going into the last match of the year. Mark Smyth and Richard Harpur picked up knocks but will be available, while we will add Mervyn Edgar to the panel.”
