Work is continuing apace at Aghadowey Oval, where top flight oval racing will return on Easter Monday after many years absence.

The stadium ,on the former airfield site, is getting a full revamp to bring it in line with modern standards, ahead of a top class programme of racing during 2014.

Promoting the events will be DMC Race Promotions, who already run the very successful Tullyroan Oval near Dungannon, the UK’s newest purpose built oval racing facility.
