All-Stars sit top of the league

THE BRBL All-Stars are now at the top of the table after three straight wins along with Triangle A who have played the same number of matches with 13 points out of eighteen - a perfect start to their league campaign.

Their counterparts Diamonds are still looking for their first win after a three-all draw when they hosted Uni-B last week.

Man of the match was Johnny McCook a two frames winner over Mark Broderick.

The other two matches saw William Maddison gaining a point against Darren Leonard, while Windsor Skinner lost two against Stuart McArthur.

It’s the Sam Walker Knock-Out League Cup next week which this year carries prize money which no doubt will see teams put out their strongest sides with the competiton to commence on Thursday 7 October.
