Andersons seal second spot in navigation rally

The Anderson father-and-son pairing of Peter and Kenny secured second in class five and sixth overall during the recent Snowdrop Navigation Rally.

The Birches team proved impressive across the event sponsored by Gerry McVeigh Car Sales.

One mistake in the pair’s second navigation rally cost the Andersons top spot.

Daniel Hamill and Adam Hamill finished third in class and 13th overall as another representative team from the area. Thanks from each crew to Dungannon Motor Club.

LOUGHGALL

Loughgall Country Park will host the Festival of Motorsport on May 7 with support from Armagh Lions Club. Backing will also be provided by the Armagh Motorsport Association.
