ARCHERY:Open Day for persons with a disability

AS part of an ongoing initiative to promote sports for persons with a physical, sensory or learning disability, the RDA Coleraine is working with the Causeway Company of Archers to organise and deliver an open day to enable persons with a disability sample the delights of Owls Archery Club.

This will lead to possible further opportunities to register for a free eight week beginner's course with certification.

People with a disability of all ages and abilities and their family members and carers are invited to attend a fun afternoon at 'The Range' Archery Centre, Drumskea Road, Ballymoney on Saturday, February 27 from 1pm to 4pm.

Here they will be provided with the opportunities to try the sport in a safe and controlled environment under the guidance of expert instructors.
