ATHLETICS: Sign up now for the SPAR Coleraine 10K

THE SPAR Coleraine 10K will be run over a fast flat two lap course on the roads around the University of Ulster's Coleraine campus next month.

This is a new race on the athletics calendar hosted by the University of Ulster in conjunction with Springwell Running Club and follows on from the success of the recent 5K.

The organisers were delighted to be invited by NI Athletics and SPAR to host the Coleraine race as part of the SPAR Grand Prix 10K Series.

These races - on Wednesday, July 14 - are aimed at the seasoned athlete, budding fitness fanatic or keen fun runner, with SPAR and Athletics NI encouraging everyone to 'get into your stride' by taking part in the SPAR Coleraine 10K and the other races in the series.

A dedicated website has been set up for online entries for each race – www.spar10kseries.com.
