Athletics: Sperrin Harriers launch Stanley Reid 5 Mile

Sperrin Harriers recently launched their annual Cookstown 5 Mile Classic on Friday 1st August at 7.30pm.

The main sponsor this year is Kristen Luxury Bathrooms Limited. Other associate sponsors are Greenvale Hotel, Glenavon Hotel, RT Autoparts Limited, and Lissan Coal Company.

This year the race has been re-named in memory of Stanley Reid, founder of the race and original Chairman of Cookstown Harriers, the club which reformed to become Sperrin Harriers. More details can be found on facebook and on the club’s website.
