Badminton teams sought for league
BADMINTON teams from the Ballymena area are being sought to compete in the East Antrim Badminton League, which will begin its new season shortly.
West Church, Kells and Ballymena Academy from the local borough already compete in the league, which also comprises clubs from Newtownabbey, Ballyclare and Carrickfergus.
There is a Mixed League (four men and four ladies on a team) and Men’s League (four men) and organisers are inviting any newly-formed or existing clubs who want to play competitive badminton.
