THE McAllister Shield final will be contested by Ballintoy and Armoy.

They beat Cushendall and Loughgiel respectively.

The final will be played in Loughgiel Hall, date yet to be decided.

Meanwhile, it is tight at the top of the North Antrim League going into the last week of action.

Ballintoy are aiming to take the title for the third year in a row and sit top with 36.

Armoy and Loughgiel will push the leaders to the wire, both sit on 31 and play each other in what is sure to be a tense encounter.

If Armoy could go top they have a chance of scooping a remarkable treble.

They are in the final of the Chest, Heart and Stroke and McAllister Shield.
