With many athletes winning two or even three medals at the event - which was for boys and girls in the U14 to U17 age group - it just shows the dedication and talent of both the athletes and coaches.

Lauren Roy ran superbly to come away with two golds in the U17 100m and 200m sprints and Adam Neilly showed just how quick he is to capture gold in both the U17 200m and 400m.
