Banbridge Riders at Cycling Ireland Awards Night
Four riders with strong connections to Banbridge CC were present at the Annual Cycling Ireland dinner held in Dublin last month.
Dromore brothers Sean and Mark Downey together with Cameron McIntyre and James Curry featured among the prizes reflecting their strong performances in various cycling disciplines during the 2014 season. Banbridge CC are rightly proud of them.
Fundraising “Night at the Races for Shenna”
Everyone is reminded that much fun is to be had at a forthcoming fundraising event organised in support of Banbridge CC’s Shenna McKiverigan, who hopes to attend a number of high level track events across the UK in the Chris Hoy Future Stars Revolution series where she will be riding under the Team Sky banner. So the Bannville House Hotel this Saturday evening is the place to be with a “night at the races” under starters orders from 7.30pm.
