Barn’s McIlree and Blue blaze a trail at Malone
Barn Runners Yvonne McIlree and Roisin Blue took part in the Dub Runners 10k trail race on Friday evening, which started and finished at Upper Malone playing fields.
The challenging, hilly route was made even more challenging with the heavy rain but it didn’t dampen the runners’ spirits.
Roisin crossed the line is just under 53 minutes, while Yvonne came home at the 54-minute mark.
A great evening was had by all and the rain eventually stopped in time for a ‘photo finish’.
