Benmore win Petticrew Cup

In the first semi final, Benmore booked their place in the Petticrew Cup final with a superb 6-4 win over Dunmurry.

Hitting the target for Dunmurry were J Millen Sr (140), M Guy (100), G Little and D Scott (100).

Winning for Benmore to take their side through to the final were R Williamson (140, 21 darts), R McClean, R Hamilton (140), I Ringland (100, 104 C/Out 21 darts), C Kane and A Carlilse (140).

Downside 3 Highway 6

The second semi final saw Highway book their place in the Petticrew Cup final with a 6-3 win over Downside.

Earning their side a place in the final for Highway were C Willis, A Coburn, B Flannaghan, M Lilley, N Cameron and E Mullan.

Winning for Downside were J Coulter, W Rickets and B McMicheal Jr.

There was a fantastic contest between Benmore and Highway when they met in the Petticrew Cup Final, played at Derriaghy Cricket Club.

It was Benmore who came out on top with a brilliant 6-3 win over Highway.

Starring to secure the title for Benmore were R Somerville (140), G Walker (100, 24 darts), C Kane (121), I Ringland (140), R Hamilton (70 C/Out, 24 darts) and T Dillon.

Winning for Highway were W Mullan (100, 22 darts), E Mullan (100, 140, 23 darts) and M Lilley (100, 24 darts).

Anvil 7 Hillsborough A 3

There was one league match this week, which saw Anvil in seventh heaven with a 7-3 victory against Hillsborough A.

Securing the spoils for Anvil were J Ling (125), P Nelson, M Thompson, D Dawson Jnr, P Ridge (100,125, 20 darts), J Murray and J McDonald.

Replying for Hillsborough A were K Pearce, J Mcwilliams and R Morgan (100).
