Larne trio Darren Witherspoon, Nigel Todd and Chris Snoddy are set to take part in a PGL Under-25 Trial on June 19 at Ulster Transport BC. Also included are Mossley’s A. McKeown and R. Bell.
Mossley, who have been drawn away to Banbridge in the IBA Senior Cup quarter-finals, defeated Shorts 87 (5 pts) to 67 (2 pts) in their recent PGL Senior Division 2 clash (June 10).

Hide AdFalls B got the better of Mossley B 118 (6pt) to 79 (1pt) in midweek.
Whitehead lost 83 - 54 to Bangor in the quarter-finals of the NIBA Senior Challenge Cup in midweek. The North Down side take on Balmoral in the last four.
In the NIBA Junior Cup, Whitehead are through to the semi-finals. They face Rathfriland on Wednesday (June 18). Lisnagarvey take on Balmoral in the other side of the draw.
Round four of the Irish Bowling Association Junior Cup is scheduled for this Saturday (June 21) with two East Antrim teams left in the mix.
Larne travel to Ballymena (2 pm), while Whitehead host Railway Union at Castleview Road (1 pm).
