Bowls: Hospice Cup launched
Newtownabbey’s deputy mayor, Fraser Agnew, along with John Phillips of the Northern Ireland Children’s Hospice helped launch the annual Hospice Cup at Mossley Mill this week.
Sam Black, vice-president Glengormley Bowling Club, and Billy Nesbitt, secretary of Glengormley Bowling Club were also on hand to get the ball rolling on what promises to be a popular event.
The tournament is set to be held at Glengormley Pavilion from August 6 to 8. Spectators are welcome to come along and support.
