BOXING: Barry The Blender MC for Skerries ABC

INTERNET sensation Barry ‘The Blender’ Henderson will be the Master of Ceremonies at the Skerries ABC Fight Night in the Playhouse, Portrush, this Friday night (May 6th).

Barry (aka Colin Geddis) became a hit on Youtube thanks to his Mixed Martial Arts tutorial videos.

But on Friday night he will be stepping into to ring simply as a MC.

Doors open at 7.30pm and admission to the main arena is £7 or £3 to the screen room.

There will also be a raffle with some great prizes up for grabs on the night.

The fight card is as follows (Skerries boxers first): Exhibition - Jack Henry v Ryan Docherty (Golden Gloves); Brandon McCorriston v Lewis Dickie (Golden Gloves). 37kg - Jordan McVeigh v Jim Fleck (Braid ABC). 43kg - Josh Alcorn v TBA; Roy Mailey v Dermuid McMullan (St John’s). 44kg - Kellen Allen v TBA. 51kg - Sam Allen v Sam Beattie (Coleraine). 54kg - Jamie Douglas v Recce Pike (Coleraine); Ryan Dean v Finton Auril (St John’s). 69kg - Jamie Mailey v Chris Adams (Golden Gloves); Toby Wisner v Declan McCornan (Braid).
