BOXING: Churchland Golden Gloves fitness sessions
Churchlands Golden Glove Boxing Club are running a number of fitness classes in the Coleraine Community West Building starting this week.
Fitness and Circuit Training sessions will be held on Monday evenings from 7pm to 8.30pm and Wednesday afternoons from 12noon to 1.30pm. This class is for over 18s and costs £5.00.
There will also be also be boxing sessions on a Tuesday and Thursday evening.
Juniors (under-13s) is from 6.30pm to 7.30pm with the Seniors (over 13s) from 7.30pm to 9pm. The cost is £2.00.
