Boxing club seeks help for 50 year exhibition
ALL Saints Boxing Club is seeking the help of former club members and the Ballymena public to chronicle an important milestone in its history.
The Cushendall Road-based club is celebrating 50 years in amateur boxing, making it one of the longest-running clubs in Ulster.
Now club officials are asking former members - who include actor Liam Neeson, the club’s current President - to donate copies of old photos, newspaper cuttings etc for the club to formulate an exhibition of its history.
