Churchlands Fight Night

Members of Churchlands Golden Gloves Boxing Club who are preparing for their Fight Night on October 18th.

The locally based club will hold their latest boxing spectacular at the venue of Friday 18th October.

There are thirteen bouts scheduled in to the running order for the night.

It will give the latest crop of talented young boxers to roll off the Golden Gloves production line a chance to showcase their talent in front of a large crowd.

The local boxers will be going up against an Ulster Select with Ulster, County and Irish champions on view during the night’s action.

Admission is £5 at the door, tickets are also available. There is a no alcohol policy at the venue.

Meanwhile, Churchlands Golden Gloves have revealed exciting plans for a Fight Night to be held early next year.

Coach Mickey Fleming told Times Sport: “We are currently working on a big show to be held in either February or March next year.

“We are hoping to hold it in Coleraine Town Hall, which would make for an exciting night’s action for the crowd.
