St. Paul’s Minors despite a sustained and determined effort were beaten by Crossmaglen in last Sundays All County Division 2 Minor decider played at the Athletic Grounds.

The young Lurgan side who were trailing by eight at the break pulled the margin back to three points thanks to a well taken Rhys Marshall penalty, the Teghnevan men who had beaten St. Peter’s in the semi-final gave a good account of themselves in the final.

Top performers on the day were, Johnathan Douglas, Ciaran Kemp, Caolin Boyle and Rhys Marshall.
