Broughshane side continue to set early-season pace in Churches League

The Raceview Road side notched their fourth win of the season when they defeated Connor.

It was a good week for both Second Broughshane teams as the ‘B’ team beat village neighbours First Broughshane, who have yet to find the form which took them to a top four finish in the league last season.

Another church celebrating victories for both its representatives in the past week is Cuningham Memorial.

The Cullybackey church’s ‘A’ picked up three points at Harryville, thanks to a strong first half performance but they had to withstand a Harryville comeback which came up just short.
