Busy weekend of international action for Ballymena duo

Ballymena bowlers Megan Wilson and Erin Smith face a busy couple of days of international action in Scotland this weekend.

The duo are involved in both the Ladies’ Under 25 International Series and the British Isles Championships, which are taking place at Ardgowan Bowling Club, Greenock.

The International Series commences on Saturday morning when Ireland take on Scotland and then Ireland take on Wales in the afternoon.

On Sunday morning the last run of games in the International Series takes place with Ireland playing England. The young Ballymena duo then team up in the afternoon when they represent Ireland in the Pairs Championship where they have been drawn against Scotland.
