In front of a massive crowd of around 400 people at Wakehurst playing fields, Carniny defeated nearest challengers Harryville Homers - thanks to two goals from striker Roger Jones - to open up an unassailable gap at the top of the table.
The Division Two title was also decided with Westend Athletic beating Shore Wanderers 2-1 after extra time in a play-off, after both teams had finished level on points.
