Carrick Ladies play the waiting game

Carrick’s goalscorers were Lois Passmore, Chloe Mitchell, Katie Houston, and Christine Waide. This victory leap-frogged Carrick into the UHU Ladies Senior Two / Senior One play-off position just behind league champions, Banbridge. But the squad must now wait until Wednesday evening to see if they will have to forfeit their play-off opportunity in favour of third-placed Dromore.

Both Carrick and Dromore are currently sitting on 31 points for the season but with Carrick ahead on a much more positive goal difference. If Dromore, however, manage to secure either a draw or a win in their remaining match against Dungannon, they will take the play-off slot ahead of Carrick who have no games left to play.
