Causeway CC Easter Egg Run

Causeway Cycle Club continued its support for local charities and related organisations on Easter Sunday by holding their inaugural Easter Egg Run.

Club members collected Easter Eggs and cycled to Causeway hospital to donate them to the Children’s ward. Just over 40 of the club’s members took part and the Easter Eggs were received by Dr. Andrew McKelvey, Staff Nurse Gail Simpson and ward staff Jenny Hutchinson and Lorna Connor.

Club Chairman Robert Downes said: “We are delighted that Causeway Cycling Club have started this relationship with the Children’s Ward and our members are excited about making this an annual event.”
